On 14 Dec Dean should have been performing his annual sold out gig at Edinburgh’s Traverse Theatre (organised by Soundhouse). Sadly due to the pandemic it’s gone the way of all live gigs this year. Instead, he’s bringing his Christmas show online, and in the spirit of Christmas, he’s using it to support Soundhouse, who do amazing work in more normal times to support musicians.

He’s not promising a host of Christmas carols, although his own Christmas songs might get a look in, but warmth, cheerful melancholy and some great songs are on the cards. You can view on computer, or even better, link it to your TV screen and a good sound system.

Recommended donation is £15 (with £5 of every ticket sold going to Soundhouse). But you can pay what you want, more or less, whatever suits your pocket, and the spirit of this time of year.
