Your items will be held in the basket for 60 minutes, after which time they’ll be returned to the store and you will need to start again. Your order will be in the post within 2 working days of it being confirmed and the payment cleared (usually sooner – we aim for the same day for orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri)).
Payment is by credit or debit card, via Stripe, which is a secure online payment system. See our Terms and Conditions page for more information about Privacy etc.
Post & Packaging – Shipping rates (CDs and small items): UK – £2; Europe (inc Rep of Ireland) – £9; everywhere else – £10. There is an additional charge for vinyl shipping, and for some specialty items, which require additional packaging and postage, which is added automatically. Vinyl, and all non UK items, are shipped 1st class, with tracking. From experience, this makes the difference between arrival within a couple of weeks, to several months! For multiple purchases in the same order, you will be charged the highest item rate automatically, but only 1 charge per order. The charges reflect the actual postage costs. Packaging is recyclable wherever possible.
